I've been posting most days this week and I wanted to write as much as I could because I'm back at college next week and I won't be able to post as much as I'm going to be very busy.
I went sale shopping with my mum and had a successful trip at Primark. I got a gift card for my birthday so I thought I would take the opportunity to have a spend up and I bought a couple of lovely things. Primark is my favourite shop because the clothes are stylish yet affordable so it won't break my bank account!
My Primark haul |
Workout shorts |
I've been looking for some workout shorts for a while and after several hunts I finally found some for an amazing price! I looked in loads of sports shops and they were either too expensive or they didn't have the style I was looking for. I exercise a lot and I hate wearing tracksuit bottoms so shorts are my other option. I do a lot of exercise classes at college and sometimes it gets too hot to wear leggings so I thought shorts would be perfect. These aren't too short that they are exposing my bum and they don't cling to the leg too much; just the right fit.
Vanilla and Coconut reed diffuser |
I also bought a reed diffuser as I'm a massive fan of them after buying my mum one for Christmas. It is Vanilla and Coconut flavour and if you've seen some of my previous blog posts then your know I LOVE vanilla. I thought the bottle looked pretty as well so not only does it smell nice it looks nice in my room too. The smell is quite sweet which is what I love because sometimes floral fragrances can be overpowering.
Earrings and foundation brush |
Stud earrings set: I seem to have lost all my stud earrings and I have no idea how?! I've been looking everywhere for a set that's affordable yet stylish (my motto in life at the moment). I finally found a set when I thought I gave up a set of 9 for £1.50! I hate wearing bit studs because I have a second ear piercing and it looks odd.
Foundation Brush: This my make up life saver because it makes my foundation go on more even and makes it go even further as I don't have to use as much. I was a bit skeptical about using a brush from Primark because I thought it would make my make up look patchy but it is as good the more expensive and branded brushes. For £1.50 I couldn't resist and I've had the same one for about 4 months!
Hightop trainers |
I love converses; I live in them practically! I've always wanted the high top ones but when I saw the price I couldn't justify it because I just got a new pair of Vans for my birthday. When I saw these in Primark they looked like the real thing and then I saw the price tag and I couldn't say no. I love how you can wear these with any outfit from jeans to skirts to dresses. They were meant to be £7 but when I got to the checkout the sales assistant priced them up at £4.90; I didn't say anything haha!
What are your favourite things from Primark?
