30 Day Fat Burn Challenge

Hey everyone,

I'm not sure about you but I have been trying my best to keep up my exercising since January but sometimes it hasn't gone to plan. One week I'm exercising most days and the others I can't be bothered. I have tried so many home workout videos and most of them were good but I didn't see a difference.

I have started the 30 Day Fat Burn Challenge; now you may think that this is a load of rubbish or it's going to be time consuming but it's not (highly the opposite). Each workout is about 10 minutes long and they consist of Cardio and Toning (depending on what part of the body your focusing on). The Cardio workouts are more calorie burners but do consist of a bit of toning; these are my favourites because they target my whole body.

Lots of the workouts require weights; now I know this sounds horrible but by building up muscle it helps burn more calories (true fact). However if your someone who doesn't have weights and don't want to have to go and buy them then soup cans or fizzy drink cans will work. I just use a 3kg dumbbells that I bought from the Supermarket so they are dead cheap to buy.

I've been doing this challenge for about 2 weeks and I have noticed a difference in myself. I feel more toned, healthier and I have more energy. I still eat cakes and chocolate but with these workouts you can burn the calories in no time. 10 minutes of exercise each day can really make a difference to your well being.
