Healthy snacks

Hey everyone,

Eating healthy is hard especially when there is loads of temptations around us. I have been discovering loads of new healthy but tasty snacks to keep me going throughout the day; the worst is when I come home from college and I end up having some chocolate and cake. That is how we put on more calories by picking at unhealthy food in the day.

Dry apricots (chopped) 
I had these after my workout and with only a few calories they are the perfect snack to keep you going. 

Cucumber with sweet chilli dip and a tangerine.

This is the perfect snack after college for me and the cucumber and sweet chilli dip is the perfect combination; gives the cucumber a bit more flavour. 

Carrot and Celery sticks with Hummus dip
I never really liked hummus until I tried it with pitta bread but then I discovered a more healthier option. 

Nut selection

Nuts are really good for you because they are packed with fibre, protein and a range of vitamins and minerals.
