I feel that a concealer is a must have in my make up bag because I am someone that suffers with a lot of spots and I like to use it even if I am going for a natural look. I have used the Collection Lasting Perfection for a while now and when all the drugstores that I went into didn't have the shade I wanted I settled for Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer just because I fell in the love with the foundation.

This was going to be my holiday concealer so it had to hide any blemishes especially in the evenings. When I first tried this concealer I wasn't very impressed because I felt the coverage wasn't very good because it didn't hide as many of my blemishes as I would like. I knew that the Wake Me Up Foundation only provided a natural coverage so I wasn't really expecting anything different from the concealer.


However what I do like about this concealer much like the foundation is that it does brighten up my skin especially the under-eye area. I am not very much of a morning person so when I am in a rush and want a way to brighten up my skin then I venture for this concealer to do the job. I went for the shade Soft Beige which is about 2 shades darker than my normal skin however being aware that this concealer only provided a natural coverage I thought that I would go a couple of shades darker.


I would recommend this concealer to those who want a natural coverage and it does work perfectly with the Wake Me Up Foundation.
