Hey everyone,
I am on a health kick for 2015 and I am determined to eat more healthy foods and cut out the junk I eat. Although I workout about 4 times a week, it's still important to eat healthy especially for my skin. I thought I would share with you a little healthy snack that I've found thats delicious but incredibly good for you. Obviously this recipe can be incorporated into a meal that is more filling.
Salmon and Cream Cheese with Crackers:
