HOW I GOT RID OF MY SPOTS

Hey everyone,

You may or may not know that I suffer with very oily skin and a lot of the time that results in breakouts, however I have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin and the fact that it has cleared up a lot in the past couple of weeks. I have finally got the right skincare balance and it's down to my two secret products.

I used to use a whole bunch of products like a cleanser, toner, moisturiser and face wash and to be honest I really didn't need them; it was just irritating my skin. I think it's a myth when people say you need about 10 million products on your skin to see results but that's crap because it just made my skin worse and they really broke me out. I now use 2 or sometimes 3 products on my skin everyday, morning and night and I've seen amazing products. I swear by using Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish to take off my make up because it really gets deep into the pores and removes all the crap that's sitting deep under the surface. I use this product both morning and night and seriously it's my cult product that has saved my skin. I then go onto use the Clean & Clear Dual Balancing Moisturiser which is OIL FREE and this is just amazing and works wonders on my skin. It's the perfect base for any foundation and I've found that my skin isn't as oily anymore. I use the Garnier Pure Active Intensive Scrub every other day which is just an extra treatment that fights against spots and blemishes. I've really noticed a difference since using this products and my skin has appeared clearer and it's felt cleaner too.

So I'm not going to say that it's totally down to the products that I use because I'm sure my skin is just going through changes and leaving that horrible teenage stage but honestly using loads of products on your skin can do more damage than good. We're all different so some of use will need a more complexed routine than others especially if your seeing aging in your skin so obviously do what's right for your skin.

What products do you swear by to stop outbreaks?
