Scrambled Egg with Lemon Infused Salad

I've been trying to get back into my healthy eating again (I seem to have good days and bad) but that's just being human. I have been OBSESSED with eggs lately especially scrambled and I've been making them a lot for lunch when I have the time. Eggs are very high in protein and it's perfect for me because I'm trying to get stronger and build up more muscle. I added a bit of salad with a squeeze of lemon to make it a bit more fun; green salad is much better for you because it's high in iron and has lots of nutrients.

You will need:
3 eggs
Green Salad (I used a mixture of rocket and spinach)
Squeeze of lemon

I'm not going to do a step by step guide because I'm pretty sure you can figure it out for yourself. This is one of my favourite lunches right now but maybe try a squeeze of lime or add some smoked salmon to make it a bit more different.
