Hello Loves,

I've really been getting back into my fitness lately and I've FINALLY started back at Pilates class (I am loving it!) You might have seen my Well Being post about Falling Out of A Routine but I am getting back into that and my healthy eating and I'm finding it's really helping.

Anyways enough rambling, I thought I would share with you my current abs routine as part of a little fitness series I'm doing. Now I do want to let you know I am no personal trainer or fitness expert and I know we are all different but this is just my little guide at what I like doing at the gym. Also please note that these exercise terms may not be correct either.

I like to use an exercise ball, medicine ball and a 10kg weight with my abs exercises but don't forget that does all depend on you and your ability.

First Circuit Combination:
Sit ups on Exercise Ball 20x
Crunches with Weights 10x
Raised Leg Sit Ups with Weights 10x
Dead Bugs 10x
Bicycle Crunches 20x
Plank Pendulums 10x

Second Circuit Combination:
Plank Saws 15x
Dead Bugs 15x
Side Plank Dips 10x on each side
Side To Side Twists with Medicine Ball 20 x (10 x on each side)
Crunches with Weights 10x
Spider Mans 10x

Like I say I am no fitness expert but I wanted to share what I like to do at the gym. I do sometimes like to follow Alice Liveing videos on Instagram so I have got some of my inspiration from her but I have combined them with other exercises. Also I find starting my workout with 10 minutes cardio warms my muscles up and helps to kick start my workout.
